We are so pleased to be partnering with 7 billion reasons in sending Teddy Bears to an orphanage in Uganda. We will be sending a box of our little furry friends to this wonderful ministry in the next week or so. www.7billionreasons.org
Though my Daughter, Victoria (Age 15) and youngest Son, Nicholas (age 12) have been instrumental in the ongoing adventures associated with the stuffing and packaging of Phillip’s Love Bears, they will soon be launching a project that they are very passionate about and have been working on for some time.
Matthew 25:31-40 talks about meeting the needs of the poor. The King (Christ), in Matthew 25:40, commends those who meet the needs of the less fortunate. In those verses, the King (Christ) says to the faithful:
“Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.”
Thus, Victoria and Nicholas will be launching “The 25:40 Project” in which they will be organizing and assembling backpacks containing necessaries for the homeless. These “25:40 backpacks” will be given to churches and organizations for distribution to the poor
Please pray for Victoria and Nicholas in their endeavors as they proactively reflect the love of Christ.
Will next be sending a box of Phillip’s Love Bears to Naomi Ruth Bread of Life Orphan Center in Tanzania (East Africa). Please pray for this wonderful ministry as they share the love of Christ with so many precious children. www.naomiruth.org
So many beautiful bears!! Thank you so much to Phillip’s Love Bears for this amazing donation. Lia will be adding these gorgeous stuffed animals to her Welcome Home bags which are handed out to each child who walks through the doors at Hope House.
There are so many generous people in the world. Together we CAN and WILL make a difference!
Thank you again to this amazing organization who sends comfort and joy to so many children around the world. We are honored and blessed to be a recipient of your kindness!
What do you think of our new teddy bears sporting a bow tie and custom feet? . The orange ribbon is the Prader-Willi awareness ribbon (the syndrome Phillip has) and, of course, the heart and cross represents the love of Christ. These particular bears are going to Kenya and Florida my response. Leaving Saturday to spread a little love!
We will be providing Teddy Bears to two different missions team from Colonial Baptist Church headed to Kenya and Costa Rica. Please pray for these teams as they reflect the love of Christ abroad.
Last month we provided Teddy Bears to individuals representing Ariel Ministries in Israel. The Teddy Bears were distributed throughout Schneider Medical Center (a Children’s Hospital in Israel).
We will be sending Teddy Bears to Joni and Friends for their Family Retreat in Poland. Once again, we are so pleased to be able to partner with Joni and Friends for these wonderful events.
We will soon be sending Teddy Bears to various regions of the Middle East. Please pray for those who are persecuted for their faith in Christ Jesus
